What are the best quality Airsoft guns?

I want to purchase an Airsoft gun, and I'm looking for one that is not too expensive, like over $250, but also has good quality, so it's not weak plastic that could break easily. I mostly want an m16 or m4 with some attachments, or a scar-h or bushmaster acr. Are there good ones on amazon or in stores? Thanks!
