Why are "conspiracy theories" disdained as a vehicle for learning?

I totally agree with you! However, when was the last time a school cared about truly developing critical thinking skills? If these things are tested, you can bet they won't be taught. Unfortunately, our school system seems to only care about their test scores and not about the students and their brains, or making learning fun, interesting,and relevant.
