Doesn't anyone think that iCarly and Victorious are "too" alike?

I know that both shows are produced by Dan Schneider like the way that iCarly uses similar names of juices(Wahoo punch) as Victorious and in both shows they say stuff like "chiz" "jank".It's the same way that iCarly uses stuff from Drake and Josh and Zoey101.They have the same restaurant names like Inside Out Burger and Chili My Bowl..and the same drink named Blix from zoey 101,icarly and victorious
