Glitch in Oblivion Cure Vampirism Quest?

I have completed the quest for curing vampirism, except the countess will not wake up and neither of the other characters will talk to me. The quest directs me to talk to the Count's steward, who directs me to the Count. The cure vampirism potion for the countess has already been removed from my inventory. Has anyone else run into this problem? It autosaved right after I gave the potion to him, so I'd have to go back a lot.
