What is the easiest way to play the Bm chord?

You can make a Bm on the top four strings by fretting the same strings and frets as the barred version: index finger on 1st string, 2nd fret; middle finger on 2nd string, 3rd fret; ring finger on 4th string, 4th fret; and pinky on 3rd string, 4th fret.
