Honestly, even the low cal food they advertise isn't really low-cal, which I'm sure you've discovered. the chicken seems like a good idea, until you see how they cook it--right on a big blob of oil on a griddle that has had other meat in other fats cooking on it. If you want something relatively low-cal, go for a short stack of pancakes with light syrup and no er. Or, you can try the fruit bowl, in the IHOP For Me section.
