Girls: Why are you so confusing? i need help?

okay. i need help. theres a new girl from france who's been in my cl for a couple of months. she always acts strange around me. she steals my hat, calls me "ze zilly boy", and is ALWAYS poking/hitting/touching me. then she does something nice by inviting me to a movie.one of her friends said its because she likes me and that i should ask her out. but when i spoke to her online the other night she told me she has a crush on someone from her cl. she wouldnt tell me who but she said hes really clueless when it comes to love. if she likes someone else then why is she always teasing and giving me mixed signals?
