Will the emergence of infectious disease from illegals finally spur the gov't to secure the southern border?

Probably not. Mexicans have brought Tuberculosis back to Texas at an alarming rate. Has this stopped anyone from coming, or helped our government to see the need to not let people who have not been inoculated come in to our country? No.
