Nausea 3 weeks after gallbladder removal?

I had my gallbladder removed by keyhole 3 weeks ago but still feel really nauseas, all the time. I haven't eaten anything above 4% fat and have lost a good bit of weight. My doctor has given me Losec and said that the nausea is bile reflux and will settle after a while, the losec isn't really working and I still feel sick all the time. Has anyone else had this and how long did it last.
