I had a dream last night I was pregnant & I could feel the baby moving inside of me, how is that possible?

It could be one of a couple things either you just want a baby so bad you can feel it. I myself have had 4 kids and everytime within 3 monthes before getting or finding out I was pregnant I would dream crazy "I'M PREGNANT DREAMS!" With feeling it I have had dreams that had so much impact that I would wake up believing it happened and crying.
